Razofo – Become an Authorized Reseller (Terms & Conditions)

Thank you for your interest in becoming an authorized reseller of Razofo, a U.S.-based premium brand. We value partnerships built on trust, transparency, and long-term success. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before applying to become a reseller:

1. Authorization & Approval

  • All resellers must submit a Reseller Application Form and receive an official Authorization Letter from Razofo before selling our products.
  • Unauthorized reselling, or use of the Razofo brand name, logo, or product images without written permission, is strictly prohibited.

2. Product Authenticity

  • All Razofo products must be purchased directly from Razofo or through our official distributors.
  • Resellers must ensure that all products sold under the Razofo brand are genuine, sealed, and original.

3. Pricing & Promotion

  • Resellers are required to follow Razofo’s Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy.
  • Any promotional campaigns, discounts, or bundle offers must be approved by Razofo prior to launch.

4. Sales Platforms

  • Authorized resellers may sell Razofo products on approved platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and their own online stores.
  • Selling on unauthorized platforms or using fake or misleading brand identities is not allowed.

5. Returns & Warranty

  • Resellers must honor Razofo’s 30-day return policy and handle customer returns in compliance with our quality standards.
  • Any damaged or defective products must be reported to Razofo within 7 business days of receipt.

6. Marketing & Branding

  • Resellers must use official Razofo product images, descriptions, and marketing materials provided by our team.
  • Misrepresentation, alteration, or false advertising of Razofo products is strictly prohibited.

7. Termination of Authorization

  • Razofo reserves the right to revoke reseller authorization at any time if any policy is violated or unethical practices are identified.
